My Experience
I have over 10 years working in psychological therapies services in the NHS. I work with children, young people and families within an NHS Paediatric Psychology service and specialism in the following areas: diabetes, rheumatology, neurology, cystic fibrosis, Cleft lip & Palate, gastroenterology and general paediatrics. I also have vast experience working in adult psychological therapy services working with a range of mild to severe presentations.
I also provide staff support, consultation, teaching and supervise assistant psychologists and trainee clinical psychologists on the clinical psychology doctorate course.
I have vast clinical and academic experience working across different cultures and ethnicities. As such I take a culturally sensitive approach when working with clients.

I aim to create a compassionate and respectful therapeutic space and work collaboratively with clients to understand, reflect and explore the difficulties affecting their lives. To address these problem areas, I take a flexible approach, drawing upon on a range of psychological models to ensure the therapy fits with the specific needs and preferences that clients bring.

* Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Birmingham
* Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive behavioural Therapy at Royal Holloway, University of London
* Masters degree in Transcultural Mental health and Psychological Therapies at Queen Mary University of London
* Postgraduate Diploma in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Interventions at University College London
